  This is by far the best realestate team Brisbane has to offer. Our rental was rather old and on the occasions were work was needed help was literally an hour away. They made every inspection a breeze and was always respectful and patient. On exit to our rental property they worked with us and it was absolutely stress free. I have alot of appreciation for how they kept us in the loop about our property and any rent adjustments. 100% recommended Ben and his team, they are truly wonderful people.

  We were renting with them for four years in Sherwood and were very happy with their service. Ben and Dale are very courteous, professional and very responsive. We got all inquires and requests from our side attended in a very short timeframe. I wish all real estate agents were like them. Thanks so much for making it a very pleasant stay for us.

  We are absentee landlords that tend to rely heavily on property management.
  
  Cartwright Property has been managing our property for many years now. The staff have been efficient, courteous and have communicated effectively, always with the view of doing what is best for us and our tenants.
  
  The team at Cartwright's have always been a pleasure to deal with. They have been extremely supportive in relation to any issues which have arisen at our property and always deal willingly and promptly with any maintenance jobs that we have asked them to organise on our behalf. Their access to reasonably priced tradespeople is also a plus from a landlord’s perspective.

  I came home to find my rental had been entered by the agent without notice. Ben let himself in and took pictures while we weren't home. Disgustingly unprofessional.
